At what point is enough, enough? Since our occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq, what have we really achieved other than pissing a lot of people off and wasting countless lives. I look back fondly on the days when I could walk off the plane and be greeted by my friends and family. The idea of traveling by plane used to be an exciting adventure but now has become dreadful hassle. Why is it that whenever a political or religious extremest decides to do something crazy, the American public are the ones who are punished for it. I for one would be more than willing to live my life with a bit more risk knowing that my liberties and pride would not be put into question every time I went to board an airplane.
